My Spiritual Journeys and Connection with the World 🌍
My spiritual journeys are far more than simply discovering new places — they are deep encounters with inspiring people, profound wisdom, sacred sites, diverse cultures, the beauty of nature, and extraordinary experiences. I choose to stay for longer periods, giving myself the time to truly connect and fully feel the energy of a place. In doing so, I can anchor these connections within me, allowing me to later tune into the specific frequencies of each sacred site so I can work with them and share their essence with others. Along the way, I offer energy healings and spiritual guidance to the people I meet, while also travelling inward on my own journey. I grow, learn, and continue to develop my strength as an energy worker and spiritual coach. These journeys deepen my wisdom, expand my capacity to guide others, and enrich the way I support people in their own paths of spiritual growth and wellbeing. Each exchange of energy brings fresh insights, love, and positive movement — helping us grow together while making a gentle, uplifting impact on the world around us.
Costa Brava, Spain
My path of working with sacred sites began on the Costa Brava in Spain, where I immersed myself in the vibrant energy of the land and sea. Surrounded by nature, this place quickly became my second home. I stayed for long stretches of time, growing familiar with the culture and forming meaningful connections — not only with the people, but with the life force of the land itself. Here, I discovered the power of intention and manifestation, and learned how to transform my life by activating energies that set profound inner shifts in motion. I called upon every force to reshape my life and make my vision real — not knowing then what challenges would come with it. It was not always an easy road, but ten years later I can say that everything I once wished for has become reality. What began as a dream has now become my mission: the freedom to grow spiritually, to share the insights and energies I receive, and to connect with others from a place of inner strength — making a positive difference in their lives and in the world.
Return to the Costa Brava, Spain (2025)
Returning to the Costa Brava felt like closing a circle and opening a new chapter all at once. During my stay, I received visions, powerful experiences, and crystal-clear insights that sharpened my perception and deepened my connection with the energy fields around me — fields I now consciously open, hold, and allow to flow.
On the beach, I created a sacred place and anchored new intentions into the land. Now this is beginning to unfold — a process in motion, where I step forward more fully, taking my place in the foreground to embody my strength and truth. My work with energy fields is growing stronger, flowing through into ceremonies and transmissions that offer a sacred space for transformation. At the same time, my body is adapting so I can hold and transmit these energies in their full potential — with soul and body together embodying this growth.
Egypt
In Egypt, I visited the Pyramids of Giza, the impressive temples of Luxor and the Valley of the Kings, where I could feel the powerful spiritual energy of these sacred sites. The mystical frequencies of the pyramids and the timeless wisdom of ancient Egypt gifted me profound insights. I received Egyptian initiations that deepened my connection with the energy of goddess Isis, with whom I continue to work closely. Walking through these ancient sites felt like stepping into another time, where every stone carried a living memory. These initiations opened the way for new energy flows, allowing me to attune to them and pass on clear insights and energy healing. I also learned to work more consciously with ancient Egyptian deities, honoring their wisdom as living guides in my practice. Through initiations with the Ankh and the spiral, I was shown how to channel life force energy and activate deeper layers of transformation.
Curaçao
In Curaçao, I came face to face with the reality of powerful, darker energies — such as black magic and voodoo — and how they can disrupt both personal energy and the energy of a space, creating a spiral of negativity. Remaining in my strength amidst these influences was not always easy in the beginning. This became the start of a new learning path, in which I explored the wisdom of the Orishas and discovered how to strengthen my personal power and shield my energy field from harmful forces. I learned that there are many layers and forms of dark influence — from energies that attach to old wounds or traumas and temporarily unbalance you, to forces so intense they attempt to take over entirely. With this knowledge, I developed effective techniques to recognise, transform, and protect myself and others from such energies.
Fuerteventura
On Fuerteventura, I visited natural power spots and worked closely with the elements of fire, water, earth, air, and spirit. I learned to surrender to the flow of life, make space for stillness, and trust the synchronicity that arose from it. When resistance and control faded, everything began to align in ways I could not have planned. Along the way came extraordinary encounters, deep connections, and unforgettable experiences. The caves in Ajuy grounded me into the raw earth energy of the island, while the Sicasumbre astronomical viewpoint strengthened my connection with the stars and the universe. Not long after, I slept outdoors in the mountains — under the stars, on a deserted beach — allowing myself to fully absorb the energy around me.
I was later invited to join the Mabon celebration — the perfect closing to my journey — blending my personal process with sound healing, indigenous wisdom, Wiccan traditions, ecstatic dance, and quantum transformation. Everything I had experienced on the island came together in this ritual, ending with a powerful Peruvian cacao ceremony.
These journeys have deepened my energy healing work and strengthened my ability to bring energies back into balance. They have taught me the power of nature, the universe, and my own inner force. Each adventure has reminded me that looking within and exploring the world outside are equally important. As an energy worker and spiritual coach, I am grateful for all I have learned and remain open to new experiences and insights. I share what I discover through my Spiritual Database and help others weave these teachings into their daily lives. Wherever I travel, I offer spiritual coaching and guidance on a donation basis, ensuring it remains accessible to anyone in need. At the same time, I continue to expand and refine my work so I can support others more deeply on their own spiritual path.
